I found the euro clay courts we played on today at Totteridge Tennis Club where quite straight forward to play on. We managed to get going almost straight away without having to get a feel how the ball would bounce or slide.
Its almost like an astroturf type carpet with red terracota coated sand layer.

If the euroclay is like clay, as its meant to be, then i would love to be able to play on it but its not as suitable for doubles as it is for singles at the club and as the majority of tennis at the club is doubles i think a lot of the adults would prefer to keep the surface we have but as a junior i would use it a lot. My opinion, probably not the same as a lot of others but there we go.
Maybe just changing 2 of the back courts first to see could be a start to see if people like it.
