Patrice in bike accident

It is with regret that we have to inform members that on Thursday evening our Head Coach Patrice Gougam was involved in a road accident, whilst cycling, and sustained serious head injuries.
He was transferred to a specialist neurology unit in London and, following emergency surgery, is now in intensive care.
We will keep members updated on the situation as soon as we know more.

Enfield Chase LTA Ratings Tournament

ECLTC will be holding once again the Winter LTA Ratings Tournament from Friday 6th - Sunday 15th November 2009.

Tournament: Enfield Chase (MID604) - 2009W
Event: Mens Singles, Ladies Singles, Men's 35 Singles, Mens Singles & Women's 35 Singles.
Courts 1-6 will be in use throughout the day except during rota times.

Martina Hingis visits Enfield Chase

Hingis visits the tennis club in a promotional event to use in her 'Strictly Come Dancing' video.
She and her dance partner Matthew Cutler were on court hitting a few balls as part of the clip to be shown on the BBC to preview their dance preparations.
The event took place on 16th September 2009 and watched by head coach Patrice Gougam, Club secretary Hazel Goodyear and Chairman Bob Wheeler.
